Effective coaching helps people reach the results they want to obtain, faster and easier than working alone. We really do enable results by providing the catalyst needed for the right action, reaction and change. Our Catalyst Coaches are trained and experienced in executive coaching as well as being industry recognised Six Sigma leaders. They work with clients to:

• Develop their proficiency in working with change
• Identify when teamwork is important, and to use their skills to foster it
• Build skills and capacities for effective working relationships

Coaching enables decision makers to create higher levels of organisational efficiency and effectiveness through dialogue, inquiry and positive interactions. There is a real and positive correlation to the bottom line.

This Coaching Service is carried out by telephone or via Skype to best fit into busy professionals’ schedules, and where appropriate, uses Place Ware software to review presentations. The calls will be initiated by the client to an agreed schedule.

Nine hours individual coaching over a three month period provides you with experienced support and a confidential sounding board as you plan and take your future actions.

The individual coaching can be arranged as either:

• Six sessions of 1½ hours or nine sessions of 1 hour
• Additionally, the service includes unlimited e-mail and SMS support in between sessions of distance coaching aims
