Rob is a Master Black Belt highly skilled in consulting, training, coaching, process mapping and data analysis. Recently he has been working as a consultant with National Grid Metering on Six Sigma deployment.
He qualified as an MBB in Caterpillar (UK) Limited where he was part of the Global Purchasing leadership team, coaching up to 18 Black Belts at a time through over 220 successful Six Sigma and Lean projects realising benefits of over $95m.
Rob also worked alongside MBB’s from other business units to plan and deliver the BB training (a combination of Lean and Six Sigma).
Rob is fully conversant with Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean, and Minitab and has a strong industrial engineering background. In his earlier career, Rob worked in Jaguar Cars as a buyer and in production control. Rob is based in Leicestershire. |
