Anna has held key roles in continuous improvement, training and development and employee engagement and is highly experienced in all aspects of managing change. Recently Anna has been working in National Express focusing on internal employee communications. Prior to that Anna worked in Dixons Group/PC World (DSGi) in a number of roles including Business Improvement Manager and as Change and Communications Manager. One project was improving the end to end process for OEM computers working with the International Buying Team.
Prior to this, Anna worked as a consultant in People Development International (now Adaptis Ltd) working in Italy, Brazil, USA and Canada as well as the UK for a wide variety of clients and sectors including automotive, call centres, and the film industry.
Anna gained her Six Sigma Black Belt in GE Capital where she worked from 1995-2000 in the GE warranty services business.
Anna is also an EFQM Excellence Assessor and has used this experience to design and deliver bespoke continuous improvement frameworks and training courses for clients who are new to organisational change programmes.
Anna is a graduate in French and Italian and is based in Hemel Hempstead.
