The course specifically addresses how to get traction for continuous improvement in today's very difficult environment where organisations are under severe short-term pressure, cash is tight and immediate results are demanded.

A highly interactive mixture of inputs and syndicate work will broaden your perspective by reference to our deployment health check database, examples of best practice and through interaction with other participants. Participants will be helped to develop practical next steps to improve their effectiveness.

As course pre-work, you will be expected to complete a single structured audit questionnaire which will provide you with some useful data and reference points to ensure you get the maximum learning from the event. A full Deployment Healthcheck analysis and benchmarking report is available if required before or after the event.

This course is recognised by the British Quality Foundation and is a key element of the Master Black Belt certification programme.
