At the end of each training course a certificate is issued stating that the delegate has completed the course. We also offer an independent certification process which goes beyond training.
All Catalyst courses are accredited by the British Quality Foundation and Catalyst is an approved certifier for the British Quality Foundation Certification programme, which offers Green, Black and Master Black Belt certification.
All certification candidates need to pass an exam, one and half hours for Green Belt and three hours for Black Belt. Black Belts will also need to demonstrate success on at least two projects, Green Belts on one project.
We offer assessment days for delegates to book an appointment to take the exam and/or have their projects reviewed. Forthcoming assessment days are:
