Before joining Catalyst, Susan was Six Sigma Deployment Champion with Caterpillar, where she coached her team of Master Black Belts to outstanding Six Sigma success. Now Susan can show you how to get the results you want by helping you learn and apply coaching skills to improve Six Sigma performance. Effective coaching helps people reach the results they want to obtain, faster and easier than working alone. We really do enable results by providing the catalyst needed for the right action, reaction and change. Our Catalyst Coaches are trained and experienced in executive coaching as well as being industry recognised Six Sigma leaders.
This Coaching Clinic is a fully developed, organisation-tested model which managers, leaders and coaches can implement immediately in their work-place. It includes:
- A two-day intensive experiential learning programme
- A networking dinner at the end of day one
- Assistance in the development of coaching support processes and feedback loops
- Coaching Clinic follow-up teleconference group session for all participants to reinforce their learning during implementation
- A follow up individal telephone coaching session to evaluate results, provide process troubleshooting, and to celebrate success
