Jim holds a Ph.D. in Decision Sciences and Engineering Systems as well as an M.E. in Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University. He is a Fellow of the American Society for Quality and served in senior engineering positions for a Fortune 250 company.
He is a certified Black Belt, Master Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
