Catalyst Consulting Limited is pleased to add an additional development programme to its suite of People Development programmes – “Leading Change”.

We are all aware of the impact that leaders have on the success of an organisation and from our research on deployments within over 80 companies, we now have evidence of how the behaviour and actions of leaders contribute to the realisation of the benefits of business transformation programmes including Lean Six Sigma deployments.

This practical programme involves raising self-awareness, leadership skills development and coaching in order to grow leaders at their own pace and enable them to lead and sustain change. Participation in this programme is over 3 days and is followed by coaching support over the following three months. A course dinner with guest speaker is also included. The next date for this programme is 11^th – 13^th November 2008 in Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire, UK.
