This course will suit anyone who needs a strong understanding of the DMAIC process and the structure of Lean Six Sigma projects. Focusing on the non-statistical tools, it is ideal for members of Lean Six Sigma project teams and project sponsors. The course provides the essential basics for those who wish to be trained to Green Belt level or beyond.
