Andy Liddle is a recognised expert consulting in Lean Six Sigma Deployment.
Until recently he was the Dupont Teijin Films Global Lean Six Sigma Champion with 7 years experience leading a number of Lean Six Sigma deployments in Europe, USA and Asia. A change program veteran, he has successfully delivered benefits in manufacturing, top line growth, supply chain improvement and business process improvement. He is now particularly interested in helping companies maximize the business benefit of their deployment by tailoring the deployment to best suit their particular organisational and cultural needs. |

A passionate advocate of the 'bespoke' approach, he is adept at tailoring Lean Six Sigma, Lean and other tools & methodologies to suit, as well as ensuring the necessary support is in place.
Andy is a recognised speaker at international Lean Six Sigma Events and a judge for the Annual European Lean Six Sigma Summit projects of the year.
With over 30 years experience in the Chemical processing and manufacturing industry with ICI, Dupont and Dupont Teijin Films. Andy has held a wide variety of positions in a range of industries and technologies.
After graduating from Cambridge University in Chemical Engineering, Andy started his career in Process Design and Engineering. He then moved into Plant Management and Project Management. This was followed by a number of senior Technology and Engineering Management roles in a range of global businesses. He has also run a new start up business. For the last 15 years he has been a leadership team member focusing on business improvement & change management.
He is a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and an avid supporter of Middlesbrough Football Club.
