| Andrew is a highly experienced change leader and six sigma practitioner. A certified Master Black Belt & Champion, prior to joining Catalyst he worked in the deployment of Six Sigma in DuPont since 1998. Andrew has led a large number of complex projects to successful completion. He has also been responsible for business wide deployment of Lean Six Sigma (including DFSS) in a DuPont business unit. With highly effective coaching skills Andrew has trained and mentored over 300 MBBs, BBs, and GBs to successful certification. Very pragmatic and practical Andrew is particularly skilled in the tailoring & application of six sigma and lean techniques to a wide variety of environments beyond manufacturing. |

Since joining Catalyst Andrew has worked with a number of large clients including Royal Mail, BAA, SAP, Price Waterhouse Coopers, CapGemini. Clients often refer to his relaxed and humorous style combined with a highly knowledgable and pragmatic approach that makes Lean Six Sigma 'real' for their business.
In addition to in-client programmes, Andrew leads our Design For Lean Six Sigma Open Programme. Andrew also co-leads the Catalyst Way Deployment Master Class with Andy Liddle.
A physicist by training, Andrew has worked in a wide variety of R&T, business development, IT and senior management roles before his involvement in Six Sigma. He is passionate about helping & guiding organisations to do things better and about enabling people to achieve 'great things'.
